A man remains behind bars after being refused bail, accused of threatening to kill an ex-partner at the weekend in Canberra.

The 26 year old appeared in the A.C.T. Magistrates court on Monday… accused of sending numerous abusive text messages and phone calls to his ex-partner.

He’s accused of breaching both a family violence order and two good behaviour orders…. it’s further alleged, he didn’t care about police involvement.

The man is yet to enter any pleas.. .. and is due back in court, later this week.
