A Federal Judge won’t hand down his decision just yet, on whether BRUCE LEHRMANN can appeal a defamation trial that ended against him.

Channel 10 argues, Lehrmann should pay a 200-thousand dollar suety, before the appeal can be heard.

His lawyer says the request is a “Bullying tactic” – designed to shut-down the appeal.
