Canberra brothers accused of using spy cameras to record women

A case involving a federal police officer and his twin brother allegedly spying on female tenants in Canberra is set to continue in the ACT Magistrates Court today.

Joshua and Kenan Tiffen have each pleaded not guilty to four charges of capturing visual data in an invasion of privacy.

Joshua Tiffen, the police officer, is also accused of recording women in a public toilet beside Lake Burley Griffin and possessing child pornography.

The hearing is scheduled to run for five days.
